Breathwork For Boundaries
Breathwork is an active meditation using your breath to clear stagnant energy and trapped emotion from your body in a big way, quickly. It's my favorite way to guide you through your emotions, unlike anything you've ever experienced. This class will be focused on creating clear boundaries within yourself by making space for your own essence to flow through.
