  • PSYCH-K is a process that combines psychology and kinesiology techniques to create what’s called a whole-brain state. It’s a form of energy psychology, that allows your subconscious to expand from what may be limiting or self-sabotaging—so you can create the life you want and deserve. As you make these shifts, you’ll get more clarity on what you want and be able to make changes to your life from a place of empowerment and focus.

  • Self-destructive thought patterns are caused by deeply rooted beliefs about ourselves that were instilled from childhood trauma and shame. The most common beliefs that people can address revolve around worthiness, deservingness, trusting themselves, and feeling safe to be seen for who they are. PSYCH-K allows you access to your subconscious so you can transform this trauma and reframe your own beliefs about yourself and your potential. By expanding your current beliefs about what’s possible, you’ll also create new perceptions about stressful situations and triggers when they come up in the future.

  • The PSYCH-K process is different from conscious mind work, such as traditional talk therapy. In addition, other modalities that work with the subconscious may help you uncouple from stress, but PSYCH-K helps you unattach from stress AND you can create new perceptions, beliefs, and programs held in the subconscious mind.

PSYCH-K accomplishes this through a combination of muscle testing, whole-brain state postures, and balances.

Muscle Testing

Muscle testing is a way for your subconscious to communicate with you through body movement. This simple process works when done correctly because you cannot lie to the muscles and you cannot lie to the subconscious mind.

Using your body as a channel of communication, we will connect with your subconscious to do things like change limiting beliefs and choose the best balance method for your body. Muscle testing is a way of tapping into your body’s innate wisdom.

The “Whole-Brain State”

Your brain—a marvelous organ designed to protect you from harm—is divided into left and right hemispheres.

After a traumatic event, our brains often respond by identifying with one hemisphere more than the other. PSYCH-K returns you to what is called a “whole-brain state” by reuniting the two hemispheres. Returning to the whole-brain state is essential for creating new perceptions on past, present, or future trauma by allowing your brain to go in a new direction and have a new experience. This is referred to as neuroplasticity.

Balances

Once you’re in a whole-brain state, balances are used to create new programs in your subconscious. We are all programmed. It’s truly a matter of which programs are running your life.

PSYCH-K balances allow communication between the two hemispheres of your brain so you can reprogram your mind, reduce stress, and tap into your full potential.   • One of the benefits of PSYCH-K is that it is equally effective virtually as it is in person. In virtual sessions, I simply muscle test on your behalf. You will fully experience the shifts that occur even though we may be miles apart.

  • If you are able, please add some time for ease after your sessions. Sitting quietly, journaling, napping, or taking a walk can help with integration.

  • No, PSYCH-K sessions are not covered by insurance.
