Unlike the relaxing breath you may have experienced during a yoga class, this is called breath-work for a reason.

We move big energy quickly. Some people have powerful physical experiences during these sessions. For others the experience is emotional. Some patients love this practice as an alternative to traditional talk therapy, because we can get to the places we’re stuck without having to talk it out. The breath takes us there and does deep excavating. This type of breathwork is unlike any other healing modality, and my favorite way to guide you into your heart.
